Refund Policy


We (MyCuteMini) do not accept returns/refunds under any circumstances, unless specified in cases as,

Returns are accepted only under the circumstances of broken on arrival (to be reported with photograph of the broken doll within 2 days from the date of receiving). In such cases, the customer is requested to send us the product back at their own expense, which we would fix and send back again or do the necessary action as discussed in any visual channel of official communication. In such cases of product return, it is the obligation of the customer to pack it well such as to prevent any damages during transit. If there are any other damages beyond the initially shared damage photos while return, the fixing charges for the same will be billed separately.

We reserve the right to deny accepting the order and to cancel the accepted order with/without refund anytime before the delivery date due to practical issues that might raise up in production process due to the nature of the art. We do not hold responsibility for inconveniences incurred due to any such circumstances of cancellation or delay and once cancelled/refunded we do not hold any obligation or compensation of any sort. Customer/user discretion and risk advised before placing the order. In adverse cases of any customer making a claim on damages caused for whatsoever reasons, the maximum amount of charges that can be claimed is less than or equal to the charges / payment made by the customer for the product.

By using this website, you agree to the courts at Chennai, India only shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all matters arising out of or related to this agreement or the use of this website.

By placing an order with us through the website, our official WhatsApp channels from the website, our social media pages as displayed in the website, or though our payment links or , the UPI models of payments such as Google Pay, PhonePe or any other UPI based transactions, you agree to the above mentioned terms and conditions.
